I found the Diet Factory programme to be very effective.

The programme provided substantial breakfasts, interesting and varied snacks and lunches and delicious main meals.

I believe the programme works. I was delighted by the variety of meals, because a lot of people have the perception that diet food is boring. I never felt hungry – this dispels another belief that you have to starve when on a weight loss programme.

The programme provided fresh fruit, vegetable, carbohydrates, protein and an overall well balanced diet. The amount of fibre in the food prevented constipation – another problem that can arise on some forms of weight reduction systems.

The programme is educational as well because it gives an insight into the size of servings that should be eaten and the type of foods that are to be chosen when a person is aiming to achieve and maintain weight loss.

Thanks to the Diet Factory I actually stuck to the programme and lost 5kg. Believe me I have tried a few diets and this has worked for me. What a luxury not to have to think about what I can eat and what I can’t eat, no calories to count - it's all done for you. Wow every time the box was delivered gee how excited I was to see what I was going to be eating this week. The meals are really tasty just like you would cook yourself.

Hi! I love The Diet Factory!

A friend told me about it in Feb. 2006. I phoned to enquire about how it works, it was explained to me by a lovely lady. In fact everyone has been so helpful, down to Kevin praising me when we met up on delivery days.

I’ve lost 5.5kg and had two holidays in between and I’m thrilled.

The Diet Factory has taught me portion control and they deliver real food each week.

Greetings, my wife and I have been purchasing The Diet Factory meals for the past few months, assisting my wife in losing 10kgs in 2 months.  The main reason we purchase you meals are for the convenience, as we both work and simply do not have time to prepare meals.  We have to congratulate The Diet Factory on the quality, taste and variety of their meals.  We have previously utilised Lean Cuisine, Lite and Easy, as well as other convenience meals, but The Diet Factory is without doubt the best.
