This chicken curry is perfectly seasoned to achieve that lightly “browned” look that curries achieve when mixed with the right amounts of cumin and turmeric. On the side, we serve lemongrass for a fragrant twist. As always, our curries are served with a bed of rice – in this case basmati. The chicken is fully covered in curry, meaning every bite you get some yummy rice, well-seasoned chicken, and well-spiced peanut curry!
Curries are defined by the blend of spices they use; we want you to rest assured we follow the directions for authentic curry by adding generous amounts of seasoning to the coconut-tomato base. The lemongrass on the side acts a nice garnish and can bring some citrusy zest to the chicken curry.
